Hotel Viki is 9 minutes on foot from our meeting place and close to the metro station "Gumpendorfer Straße" (U6)
Check-in from 15:00 | Check-out until 10:00.

Schedule 

as proposed by the planning-team. We will have the possibility to adjust the schedule on the spot.

Friday, 20^th November

• 18:00 dinner
• 19:30 short devotion (Martin)
• 19:45 ice breaker games (That’s the story of my pony etc.)
• 20:15 short historic introduction about UMC in Vienna and Austria (Martin)
• 20:30 exchange/update about current situation in our countries and conferences – in small groups (groups of 3 persons – choose 2 persons you don’t now too well yet)

• 20:45 address the nature of the meeting (everybody should feel ok. please say if you need something), collection of topics and adjustments of schedule if necessary.
• 21:00 closing prayer – end of program / fellowhip for those who are not too tired :-)

Saturday, 21^st November

• (breakfast at hotel viki)
• 09:00 morning devotion
• 09:30 working session: YouMe 2027 (Ivana & Martin)
• 10:45 coffee break
• 11:00 working session (Ivana & Martin)
• 12:30 lunch break
• 15:00 city tour with some work-related conversations on the way
• 19:00 lunch at church (or somewhere close)
• 20:00 fellowhip time and worship (Luka)

Sunday, 22^nd November

• 9:30 Sunday service of Wien-Fünfhaus congregation (translation via What’sApp group call)
• 11:00 closing working group meeting – something still open? new ideas? plan further steps (Ivana & Simon)
• 12:00 lunch
• 13:00 the end (for this time)

please bring

 (if possible)

• headphones (if you need translation of the German speaking Worship Service)
• maybe some small country snack to share (not too much, please!)
• slide show of photos / video from recent children and youth events

Who wants to prepare?

• closing prayer or song for Friday evening (max. 3 minutes)
• morning devotion Saturday ( ~ 20 minutes)

Car parking in Vienna

Near the meeting point and hotel you have to pay for parking until 22:00 on Friday and move your car after 2 hours. Saturday and Sunday you can park for free. Note that there are exceptions to the general short-term parking on Sechshauser Straße.
